Franklin B. Pinder III I President & CEO

Franklin B. Pinder is GlobalOptions’ President and CEO and a member of the company’s Board of Directors. Under Mr. Pinder’s leadership, GlobalOptions has built an anti-fraud organization with unsurpassed reach, full service capabilities and a team of highly skilled experts that can handle any type of investigative need.

During his most recent role, Mr. Pinder served as President of the Fraud & SIU Services Division of GlobalOptions Group, after being promoted from Executive Vice President in February 2009. While President, Mr. Pinder oversaw the preferred partnership program for GlobalOptions’ Fraud & SIU Division and coordinated the corporate marketing and business development strategy for GlobalOptions Group. Also under his leadership, GlobalOptions Group launched its proprietary GlobalTrak technology, the company’s flagship information and investigative technology platform. Prior to entering the private sector, Mr. Pinder served the office of the State Attorney, Ninth Judicial Circuit in Orlando, Florida.

Mr. Pinder has more than 20 years in the risk mitigation industry, having founded the Intel Group, a nationwide provider of surveillance and investigative services to large corporations, insurance carriers, third-party administrators and self-insured entities. The Intel Group eventually was transformed into Hyperion Risk, which was acquired by GlobalOptions in 2006 with Mr. Pinder at the helm. A native of Orlando, Mr. Pinder earned his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and is a graduate of the Central Florida Criminal Justice Institute.

Kevin McGinn I Chief Financial Officer

Kevin McGinn joined GlobalOptions in March 2006. He had served as Vice President of Finance for the Fraud & SIU Services Division of GlobalOptions Group for the previous four years. Mr. McGinn has 20 years experience in financial management, including 17 years as a Division Controller for various manufacturing companies in the Automotive, Chemical and Financial Services industries. He is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and completed his MBA in Finance/Accounting in 1992.

David D. Finney I Executive Vice President

David Finney serves as the Executive Vice President of Major Accounts for GlobalOptions, leading National and Program Accounts, Mortgage Investigations Division, and Vendor Management Department. Mr. Finney has over 29 years of investigative and management experience within the insurance and law enforcement disciplines, including 17 years in Special Investigation Units. Prior to joining GlobalOptions, he held senior-level management positions with two major insurance carriers (CNA and The Hartford), where he provided leadership within multi-line insurance claim environments. Mr. Finney ensures sophisticated programs are implemented and accounts’ expectations are delivered. He is a frequently requested public speaker and recognized as an industry expert, often delivering Fraud Waste and Abuse training. Mr. Finney earned a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Law Enforcement Management, and is a graduate of the FBI National Academy. Mr. Finney holds a Certified Insurance Fraud Investigator designation from the International Association of Special Investigative Units and a Senior Claim Law Associate designation from the American Educational Institute, among other risk-related specialties. He is a member of the FBI National Academy Associates.

Scott Cornelison I Executive Vice President

Scott Cornelison serves as the Executive Vice President of Operations. Scott has been with GlobalOptions for over 12 years and is responsible for the oversight of our North American regional management, as well as field investigations and support staff. Scott works with our regional operations teams to develop and institute policies, procedures and investigative guidelines to ensure continuity of service and customer satisfaction across all lines of service, throughout the United States. Additionally, Scott develops and implements internal training programs, provides anti-fraud and investigative training to clients and provides customer support to existing and prospective clients. Scott has worked in the insurance defense investigative industry since 1994 and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice.

Lou Beniamino I Executive Vice President

Lou Beniamino serves as the Executive Vice President of SIU Programs. Prior to joining GlobalOptions in 2011, Lou served as the Chief Operating Officer for North American Training Group (NATG), a provider of insurance-related courses and anti-fraud compliance training programs. Lou was previously employed by GlobalOptions as Vice President of SIU Business Development through the acquisition of York Special

Investigations, Inc., where he served as the President. Lou’s role with GlobalOptions includes national SIU Director, SIU Programs business development and GlobalOptions SIU anti-fraud compliance coordinator. Lou has been in the investigations business for the past 40 years, with 16 years relating to insurance fraud. He spent 22 years as a sworn law enforcement officer. After his law enforcement career he worked in AIG’s Fraud Investigations Division as their NE Regional Manager. Lou earned a bachelor’s degree in General Studies and a master’s degree in Public Administration. He holds the Fraud Claims Law Specialist (FCLS) designation and has also been designated a Subject Matter Expert in the area of WC Insurance Fraud. Lou is a retired Brigadier General who served for 29 years in the United States Army Reserve – NY National Guard.

Douglass Hock’s I Executive Vice President

Douglass Hock serves as Executive Vice President of Information Technology for GlobalOptions. He brings over 15 years of technical lead experience to the company, including significant experience in Information Technology leadership, IT strategic planning and change management roles. Prior to joining GlobalOptions, Mr. Hock demonstrated a solid track record with several high-profile organizations of leading cross-disciplined teams in the design, delivery, and launch of cutting-edge solutions, services and processes. A graduate of the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mr. Hock is highly skilled in identifying and resolving financial, strategic, and process-related challenges, and achieving cost reductions through process modifications. Through substantial leadership experience built on strong communication and motivational capacities, he has proven the ability to keep organizations moving forward. Furthermore, Mr. Hock was recognized as a two-time performance honoree for his work, by the U.S. Army; and consequently awarded the title of Honorary Lifetime Member.

Bobby Gracey I Executive Vice President

Bobby Gracey serves as Executive Vice President of International Operations for GlobalOptions, overseeing program development in global markets. Mr Gracey is instrumental in working with global customers to develop and manage multi-national investigative programs. He is also responsible for identifying potential acquisitions in those markets. For the past 10 years, Mr Gracey was the Global Vice President for Counter Fraud Solutions at Crawford & Company, strategically managing that part of their business in 67 countries around the world.
With over 24 years in the insurance industry, Mr Gracey is known and respected as one of the few executives who truly understand the dynamics of managing fraud risks internationally. He is a regular contributor to both trade and national press. Mr Gracey has written three technical books on counter fraud, which are used as key reference materials by operational fraud investigators, the Association of British Insurers, Chartered Insurance Institute and Lloyds of London. He remains active in the counter fraud community as the current Chairman of The Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters Anti-Fraud Committee.

Lars Skaar I Director - International Strategies

Lars Skaar serves as the Director of International Strategies for GlobalOptions, leading SIU Initiatives and program development in the European and Global markets. Mr Skaar is instrumental in working with Global customers to develop international anti-fraud strategies and the development of multi-national investigative programs. Mr Skaar is also responsible for identifying potential acquisitions in those markets.

Prior to joining GlobalOptions, Mr Skaar was with the Special Investigation Unit at Tryg Insurance from 1986
to 2011 and held the position as SIU Director for the last 11 years. During the last decade Tryg was known
as the anti-fraud leader in the Nordic market. Mr Skaar has also been member of the Norwegian Fraud
Committee within FNO and has held the position as Committee leader for the last years. Mr Skaar is strongly engaged as a leader in the International Association of Special Investigative Units (IASIU), the world leading organization for SIU Professionals (www.iasiu.org).

Lars has served as President of IASIU Europe since 2003 and has held several positions at the IASIU International Board of Directors. Lars is honoured with Life Membership of IASIU.

Phil Peart | Director, International Strategies, Asia-Pacific, Global Travel Insurance Programs

Phil Peart serves as the Director of International Strategies for GlobalOptions, leading SIU Initiatives and program development in the Asia-Pacific and Travel Insurance markets. Mr Peart is instrumental in working with Global customers to develop international anti-fraud strategies and multi-national investigative programs. Mr Peart is also responsible for identifying potential acquisitions in those markets.

Phil Peart has nearly 40 years of experience in international investigations and business development. For many years, he honed his skills in compliance and investigations for a State Government authority in Australia, later joining private sector investigations in 1979. Mr Peart owned and operated his own investigation company in Australia before publishing a highly acclaimed insurance investigation magazine. He convened a number of very successful “Asia Pacific Fraud Convention” conferences before relocating to the United States in 2003.

Mr Peart is recognised globally as a leading expert in travel claim investigations and recoveries having personally handled major loss claims on nearly every continent, and throughout the Asia Pacific. He has travelled extensively throughout Africa and the Middle East, including Northern Iraq, Central and Eastern Europe and the UK meeting with leading insurance executives, investigators and industry experts. He has also conducted fraud awareness training for many of the world’s leading travel insurers in Australia, New Zealand, the UK and Scandinavia. He is a regular presenter at the International Travel Insurance Conference and has also presented at the Travel Insurance and Health Association conference of Canada.

Mr Peart is a member of the Travel Insurers Network, the European Chapter of the IASIU, the Australian Institute of Professional Investigators (AiPi) and the Australian Life Underwriters and Claims Association (ALUCA).
