In his most recent role, Mr. Pinder oversaw the preferred partnership program for GlobalOptions’ Fraud & SIU division and coordinated the corporate marketing and business development strategy for the company. Also under his leadership, GlobalOptions Group launched its proprietary GlobalTrak technology, the Company’s flagship information and investigative technology platform. Prior to entering the private sector, Mr. Pinder served the office of the State Attorney, Ninth Judicial Circuit in Orlando, FL.

Mr. Pinder, age 38, has more than 15 years in the risk mitigation industry, having founded the Intel Group, a nationwide provider of surveillance and investigative services to large corporations, insurance carriers, third-party administrators and self-insured entities. The Intel Group eventually was transformed into Hyperion Risk, which was acquired by GlobalOptions in 2006, with Mr. Pinder at the helm. A native of Orlando, FL, Mr. Pinder earned his bachelor degree in criminal justice from the University of Central Florida, and is a graduate of the Central Florida Criminal Justice Institute.
